The composer wrote some of his most moving music (comparable to his later MAN ON FIRE) for this 1975 thriller starring Rod Steiger and Lee Remick. MGM has the rights to the movie in the U.S. (Interestingly I recall seeing news that a privately pressed LP of this music had been announced when the movie was due to be released in the U.K. However I don't think that album ever eventuated, considering the movie was regarded as so controversial in Britain that it scarcely received a theatrical release there.) |

Someone close to John Scott said that the composer has the elements needed. He also posted the video below in wonderful stereo. |
