Any possibility of this getting a release some day? This score is so wonderful, so magical and so beautiful.. like the movie. It deserves a proper release of the full score that is not from isolated rip. <3

The complete score has been released on Numenorean Music NMCD 003 as a 2-disc set (one disc devoted to the complete score, the other to the 1982 soundtrack album) in 2003 as a 5,000 unit edition. Right now you can get a copy for $33 at the this new website ( www.soundtrackstoreusa.com ) , but only if you're quick, I believe they only have one copy left.

I should point out though this particular release wasn't sourced from the original masters - it was taken directly from the film's isolated music track, albeit with some cleaning up to smooth out some bad edits, but either way it's still the film edit of the score. I'd love to see Intrada release the complete score too, but if the FSM boards are anything to go by, you'd need a miracle to release it because of Trevor Jones himself refusing to let anyone else release his scores ('Cliffhanger' was able to get released because the studio owned the masters and rights): http://www.filmscoremonthly.com/board/p ... &archive=0
