I recently rewatched this epic miniseries and was shocked to discover that, despite Intrada's generous and fantastic score album from the 90s, well over half of this fantastic score is unreleased! I know the score was recored in Seattle, which I believe is non-union and thus re-use fees for putting it all out would not be an issue. I really feel this score would play even better in complete & chronological form over two discs; there is really quite a lot of variety in the unreleased material, which surprisingly includes even the main title. Any hope for this at all, Roger? I would think the Bernstein name (even though Elmer himself only wrote a little bit and conducted it) combined with the epic war (and a bit of western) genre would help to sell it...
