The score for 'Superman II' saw a very limited release back in its day, with only a 1-LP record and a now out-of-print CD. Most of the music for the theatrical release came from Ken Thorne, who based it on John Williams' masterpiece for 'Superman: The Movie'. It would be great to see the full release of the score for this film again, and another idea would be to include the score for the 'Richard Donner Cut' that came out back in 2006 (it includes a score by John Williams that consisted at least partly of unused music from 'Superman: The Movie'). Again, any such score would likely have to come from the vaults of Warner Bros!

Um....do you guys not realize every single thing recorded for all four movies was released on the box set "Superman: The Music" 10 years ago? It still seems to be available from at least SAE and Moviemusic.

Yes, but very expensive. Some of us cannot afford to pay for these expensive boxsets, and from overseas too. Shipping and custom fees would be high. I had hoped that the price would have become more affordable over time, but it never has.

I'm primarily interested in Superman III.
