Yes, I am aware the original score has already released and that it's not Silvestri's best work, but hear me out. A re-release of the score to this movie without any SFX, I think, is overdue. Much of the final battle music is missing from the original score release and it would be nice to hear it and all the other score cues clean and free of SFX. Anyone else in favor? It's a long shot, I'm sure, but it doesn't hurt to ask. |

Even if the performance leaves a lot to be desired, the composition's certainly solid enough to warrant a less gimmicky release. Both this and Flight of the Navigator may not be masterpieces but certainly deserve better than they've gotten. |
