The Toy by Patrick Williams. This score from the 1982ColumbiaPicture is SO LONG OVERDUE for a release. I have received word from Mr. Williams himself that he doesn't have the masters, a d isn't sure where the tales are. Is Columbia a difficult studio to broker a deal with?

Is there any information on the possible licensing of this fool on Columbia Pictures?
