Also wanted to add this to the list with the upcoming release of X-Men Apocalypse. Shuki Levy and Ron Wasserman wrote IMHO some of the best X-men music - with various character themes including Apocalypse, Cable and more. With Disney releasing the animated series on DVD, and owning the various Marvel Animation series - I'm assuming they would have the music for this series. The first season of the show established the sound for the entire series. |

Seconded. It's a shame the main theme has never been used elsewhere, not only would an orchestral arrangement sound fantastic but the X-Men film scores without it seem incomplete. |

I think that this would be an attractive soundtrack to X-men fans across the globe. It's the X-men soundtrack we've all been humming and thinking about when watching the movies. |

Just pasting some comments I made over at FSM: Specifically the music from Season One's run: Night of The Sentinels -Storm's epic theme -The Terminator-esque Sentinel Theme -excellent variations on the X-men theme song -Action/Battle Theme -pilot specific themes for The Danger Room/Beast etc. -Rock Guitar for Wolverine's Theme Enter Magneto -Magento's Theme/Villian's theme Slave Island Cable's Theme Days of Future Past -Bishop's Theme -The Dark themes of the Future/Nimrod Sentinel Come the Apocalypse -Archangel's Theme -Apocalypse's Theme I could go on...but I'd prefer to hear from other fans of the series! |
