Now when Intrada released Charles Bernstein`s Cujo I am starting to see a pattern here. The pattern is that they apparently releasing some of the scores to the films of Lewis Teague. So far: Navy Seals, Cat`s Eye and now Cujo.

So that made me think which other score(s) to a Lewis Teague film do I think is in need of a (proper score) release from the fine hamsters at Intrada?

My suggestion is that they should look into The Jewel of the Nile and when that is done I hope they find James Horner`s unrecorded (and therefore unused) score to Alligator and see if that could be recorded and released. Yeah I know one can dream. But that is only MY suggestions.

The “pattern” is no doubt happenstance, but I second the request for Jewel of the Nile.

I definitely want THE JEWEL OF THE NILE. :D

I'm kind of surprised that no label has ever released it.

I second the Alligator release.

But the Horner release from a Teague film which I TRULY want, is his 1979 score to Teague's "The Lady In Red" an exceptional film, especially for the end of the Corman New World era, and with great John Sayles script, performances by Robert Forester and Pamela Sue Martin, Louise Fletcher and Robert Conrad. And a truly tremendous and memorable score from "Jamie Horner". His promise is evident ever so much more than his later NWP scores for Humanoids From the Deep" and "Battle Beyond the Stars".
