This 1987 thriller starring Kevin Costner is making its blu-ray debut in just a few weeks and Maurice Jarre's score deserves a more respectable release, as well. The very rare Varese Sarabande release is very muffled and muted, so a remastered expanded edition to one of Jarre's memorable 1980's electronic scores would be ideal.

And while I also LOVE this oft-maligned score to death, and think it's perfectly structured & sequnced, I'd love to squeeze in the unreleased 'Mall Chase' which sounds like an Emerson Lake & Palmer thing - it would play as a brief coda to a chase heard in National Security, I believe - or us it Cover Up?

I'd get this in a heart beat. I have the original Varese LP and the price of this CD is astronomical. Jarre's score was my favorite thing about the movie. I'd love a re-issue of it.
