Intrada Soundtrack Forum

I sure hope that intrada would someday in the future team up with warner bros to release the complete soundtrack to the John Hughes 1989 holiday film "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation".

The only release there ever was was the 1999 "bootleg" release, but there are some scores and music missing, like the music that plays when clark goes down a hill really really fast on the sled.

I hope they include that on the official release.

My favorite cue from the movie is when the family arrives. It's very comedic and horrific at the same time. Good stuff.

Select songs were released on some comp officially, but no score... (if Expanded, of course keep the songs, too!)

"Holiday Road", found elsewhere is not on this one - thankfully a breather!

However, many Griswold family singing standards + "Christmas Vacation" by Mavis Staples (Paisley Park, 1989, Promo single)

If it would be paired with McNeely's VEGAS VACATION, I am in!
Otherwise it might be way too short score to release on its own or how long it actually is?
