Intrada Soundtrack Forum

Hi Folks.
Apart from myself, is there anyone here who would like to see a complete score CD of Roy Budd's music for The Wild Geese?
It is one of my absolute favourite movies and it is about the only film I know where I'd love a complete CD but it doesn't exist. All my other favourites have been done now (many by Intrada-thanks guys!).
The problem I have with the current CD's of the film is that it is just the original album which, though good, is very repetitive and there is so much missing!
Budd's score to Wild Geese 2 was great too (though the film wasn't too good-understandable considering the last minute changes that had to be made as Burton died- had he not, it could have been one of the greatest films of it's genre).
Maybe a Wild Geese boxed set could be done?

I do know from "The Gretsch Pages" (a forum for Gretsch guitar owners/players) that Peter Budd (Roy's brother, who's a 'friend' of mine in the forum ) believes that Roy's widow has the rights to all of Roy's music, but he wasn't certain.

These tapes from the original sessions could well be in her possession? I don't know...

I second a complete Wild Geese score.

Silva picked up the rights to this and other Roy Budd albums not long ago. I don't know if it's perpetual, but Intrada cannot do anything with it right now as they need rights to the original album in order to proceed with possible further content. Silva's First Blood II license is being or was phased out, so it's not all cut-and-dried.
