They can be found in the Burton/Elfman boxset if you prefer stereo, as well...

I would love it if the scores to both Pee-Wee's Big Adventure & Beetlejuice by Danny Elfman would get a complete score/expanded release! The soundtracks that were released left out so much material! |

Though the Varese album consists of re-recorded tracks, LLL confirmed that Varese also has album rights for the film tracks to Big Adventure. They gave permission for its inclusion in that Elfman/Burton box. Surprises occur every now and then, but I wouldn't hold my breath expecting this to get a standalone album anytime soon. Silly, too, considering how much of a following the film has in the community. |
