First, as those who know me will testify, I've been a huge proponent of trying to get the score for Conti's film, GOTCHA!, available to us score enthusiasts.

While there might not be that much music (30 -40 minutes) there, how about we pair it with another really cool Conti score from the 80's, albeit with a very different vibe, but still, unreleased and in need of attention:

Nomads.

A ghost story from first-time director John McTiernan starring Pierce Brosnan.

How could would this double bill be?

Is something like this possible, Roger and/or Doug???

Since Gotcha! is owned by Universal and Nomads is owned by MGM, it's impossible to pair them together.

I just rewatched, after many years, NOMADS last week and would LOVE to have an album
of this one.
Love theme is similar to his score for F/X, and the rest is rockin' sequencin' 80's goodness.
The only trouble may be, and I didn't realize this until watching again, Ted Nugent did all the
guitar solos and 2 or 3 songs (written with Conti!!!), so that may be a licensing hurdle.
I'd like to hope Nugent is a cool guy and wouldn't care if some forgotten score from a forgotten
film came to cd. Who knows....

Dammitall....thanks a mil for the intel at least Roger, hopefully the tapes might materialize, somewhere someday, but at least that question mark isn't just hanging out there!

If Gotcha! has 30-40 minutes of score, then I'd say that's enough for an album right there. However, I thought that it was more like 20 minutes, thus necessitating inclusion of the album songs or another score.

Anyway, there are other Conti scores for Universal films, such as the short score for The Seduction of Joe Tynan. But, there are plenty of short non-Conti scores for Universal that are much better aligned with the sound aesthetic of Gotcha!.

Of those remaining unreleased Conti score`s that I`ve heard (or rather seen the film) that I would love to be released is his score to Spy Hard. Other than that I can only suggest the score to By The Sword. By the way I have no idea which companies it is to these movies.

Spy Hard would likely be from Disney as the production company is Hollywood Pictures. I'm confident that its soundtrack will come out someday.

1996 is a fairly interesting year for Disney-owned scores to officially (i.e., non-promo and non-boot) premiere on album:

Spy Hard (Conti)
Phenomenon (Thomas Newman)
The War at Home (Basil Poledouris)
Celtic Pride (Basil Poledouris)
The Preacher's Wife (Hans Zimmer)
Mr. Wrong (Craig Safan)

Would Ted Nugent even have any say for that studio-owned score's release?

As for the man himself, I've heard enough of his diatribes to realize that he's a deplorable misogynist.
