King Kong !!! An expansion of JN Howards score with a realease of whatever availabe of what Shore wrote would be AWESOME!! What are the chances scorefans?

There is no doubt that labels have looked into expanding James Newton Howard's score given its relative popularity and large amount of score missing. Intrada probably knows what the chances are, and I'm sure they would release it if it ever became possible. After all, why wouldn't they if costs and legalities permitted?

That said, I would not hold my breath hoping that the current CD will be supplanted any time soon.

Yes, I'd absolutely love the full expanded score for this film and all the source cues.
