With Deep Rising just released I hope a complete Arachnophobia (also previously Hollywood Records) will happen in the near future.

The american album is a mess with intrusive dialog and lots of songs, most of which are not in the movie. The 'score' album is better but misses some great music, specially the finale and the "scape from the morgue" sequence.

Aparently the finale includes Shirley Walker material and, even with the obvious Poltergeist Escape From Suburbia temp tracking, there are some great music in that finale.

Agreed, this generally seems like a pretty underrated Jones effort. And not just because it's a personal fave (love those adventurous opening titles)!
