The only CD released of this soundtrack is the various artist CD containing only two cues from the score. I can't find a CD of Morodor's entire score and I think the score deserves it's only release. The main title to the movie is powerful and I just love it. So I'd like to suggest a release of Moroder's score alone.

You're certainly not the only one. The most recent album issue has some atrocious score and song remixing in an attempt to "modernize" the music. And of course there is a lot of score and variations beyond the two instrumental pieces on the album.

Unfortunately, I get the feeling that this soundtrack presents many legal hurdles. I'm sure many people would want the original song mixes included since they are all Moroder productions, which would probably further complicate things. I would love to be wrong, though.


The other Moroder release I'm clamoring for is a CD issue of the double LP album for Foxes. Fun and heartfelt music from Moroder's disco years.

Yeah, I'd love to see a complete SCARFACE CD released - here's to hoping...

it would be good also Giorgio Moroder's Over The Top to come out as well has this decent soundtrack
