I've been listening a lot to the FSM releases that represent the 60s audiophile quality recordings of Stanley Myers' Kaleidoscope and Neal Hefti's Sex and the Single Girl, and discovered these two soundtracks that are seemingly well represented on their respective Dot LPs. I'd love to buy a double-header release of these two pleasant albums. No Way to Treat a Lady: Barefoot in the Park: |

Speaking of Barefoot in the Park, I would really like to see Sunday in New York on CD. Peter Nero's score is delightful. Here's the jazzy album version of the theme: |

I recently noticed that Kritzerland will soon release a Hefti double-header featuring a premiere of Won Ton Ton and the album for Oh Dad, Poor Dad... from their original tapes. That will be an awesome presentation for sure. Anyway, I just wanted to bump up this double-header idea. I understand that UMG takes a while and that there are much more popular albums to cull from their archives or license through them, but I'm one person who would be eternally grateful to see these albums released in any way on CD. Given that they are both late 60s Paramount, a time of many missing tapes for the studio, I expect that the albums are the only suitable sources that exist. |

I'd buy a copy of this double header album if it becomes available. I've loved Hefti's "Barefoot in the Park" for years. |

I saw Barefoot in the Park mentioned on the FSM forum. There seems to have been a decent amount of vocal support for this album over the years. If Myers’ No Way to Treat a Lady isn’t an ideal coupling for Intrada, then that neat little Odd Couple LP would be a fitting addition. |
