Parker's scores always were memorable and very melodic. Perhaps some of his work for Dallas will someday be released. But I wouldn't count on that. The same can be said about the music of Richard Lewis Warren. Really two unsung heroes. |

Cinema Center Films was CBS Television's first foray into theatrical film production. They were distributed theatrically by National General. These titles belong to CBS and are distributed on home video thru Paramount. So, like the recent reissue of Goldsmith's THE CHALLENGE (a CBS Theatrical Films production), Parker's score would likely need to be licensed from CBS. Incidentally, THE CHALLENGE and DARKER THAN AMBER are 2 of my most wanted films on DVD / Blu-ray and have been for years now. |

Darker than Amber is a great score. I'd certainly buy a CD if released. |
