Please release the scores for the weekly 80's tv show Scarecrow and Mrs King which was composed by the seriously underrepresented Arthur B Rubinstein.. During the 80's
Rubinstein wrote some great scores, alongside War games and the brilliant Blue Thunder. However, he also wrote scores for Bring 'em Back alive and (cringe) Baywatch pilot.. I think what I am saying is... Can we have some more Arthur B please..?
Thank you..

Favourite scores:- everything Jerry , anything Poledouris, Kamen , Barry, Williams ect.. Basically I am a Film score geek and dead proud.

Love ya Intrada x

Anything by this composer would be great... and, yes, seriously under-represented on cd (but thanks to those who have released some of his scores). His work with director John Badham has been great...

Scarecrow and Mrs King... some of the best music of it's era on tv. This was quality scoring.

I believe it's one of Roger's favorite ! I wouldn't be surprised to see it coming from Intrada one of these days...

Guys you all make me happy, I'm so chuffed that there are other peoples out there that love this genius of music... He wrote some really obscure stuff!! Literally just ordered Who's Life is it anyway?... Really looking forward to hearing that.

Currently spinning on the wheel of sounds ------John Barry "Golden Child" Brilliant!!

The show featured one of my all-time favourite U.S. T.V. theme tunes.

Great stuff.

:D

I'm another that would love to see a release of this, or indeed other Rubinstein music. I've just finished watching season 1 of S&MK and was struck by how great the music was. Just started the second season, its fun seeing them out and about (I like that they actually filmed on location Germany & London, it gives a different feel and better than the general cheating hackery we get these days)

Someone ripped bits and pieces of the music and created this "silent movie" video.
