With all the wonderful gems coming out from the Disney vaults thanks to Intrada, I have to put in a suggestion for this tuneful, melodic early 70s score by Bob Brunner. It was one of those scores you hear as a kid and turns you onto film music. Along with some other fine Disney live action comedy scores (North Avenue Irregulars, Freaky Friday, Boatniks, Superdad) its certainly deserving of a release and ranks as one of my all time grails. That era of Disney releases is also often unfairly maligned at times , and certainly the music for those type of pictures has never been given its proper respect. Cheers! |
