The movie "Her Alibi" with Tom Selleck may not be a great movie, but Georges Delerue's score to it is magnificent and I think it should see the light of day. It's really the only reason I'm hanging on to the DVD.

This is another one I have heard people ask for for years. Beautiful score and I thought the film was fun,but silly. This would be great to see on CD

The track that was rerecorded by Varese is wonderful, if the rest of the score is like that, I'm in for one.

Has me sold too.
Not really much of a Delerue fan but his music is somewhat enchanting
With that in mind my collection would welcome his scores with open arms, especially Her Alibi.
Maleficio thanks for opening my eyes & my ears :D

I do.

I do too...

Tom Selleck owns the rights to the scores from all of his movies,,,
that's also the reason why the score to AN INNOCENT MAN has'nt seen the light of day yet too.

Am I right Roger???

I´d like to know that, too. This is one score I would just love to buy immediately. As, I´m sure, many, many, many other people would, too.

We must know: should we abandon all hope regarding a CD release or should we be prepping our wallets?

I wouldn't abandon hope, but I also wouldn't be prepping your wallet now.

So you're saying it will happen (from your label or whoever) at some point in the future?

Thanks for the response! I am somewhat at ease.
