this score is fantastic, the more "energetic" versions of the Jaws theme and very exciting action material among other melodic themes from Michael Small.

But theres a 'shark roar' effect on some of the tracks that is dated and intrusive in some tracks (more anoying in the main title).

I know it seems to be an effect added by Michael Small himself, as it is present at the promo, but, if possible, I'd love if the tracks with that roar effect could be released without the effect (maybe as extras, as this is a very short score it would be plenty of space in a cd for that).

Just a suggestion if Intrada ever releases this score.

If Intrada releases Jaws The Revenge...

Seriously, it would be a great addition to any collection. I do have the promo score, which I just listened to along with the other Jaws scores. The roar effect is okay, but if it were to be left out, fine by me. Michael Small did a great job on this picture. With the Michael Small love that is out there... a domestic release of this fine score would be most welcome indeed.

Universal seems to have cracked open its doors. So if the stereo masters survive in the vaults, Intrada might be able to get their hands on it.

I love this score, too. It's likely my favorite Jaws score after the original.

I have an version of the jaws the revenge suit where they didn't use the shark roar. It's been done with another orkest but it sounds very good.
