These are two scores for comedy films from Warner Bros., and are seemingly on the short side. Pairing both scores onto a single album with only the songs co-written by Bacharach would make for a nice release. A wonderful theme song for each respective film: |

I will second this request, as I love the music from these movies. I want to say that these would work better as various artist compilations, but the scores are good, too. LLL seems to be more prone to release such albums, but if Intrada was able to pull off a 2-in-1 score CD, I'd definitely buy a copy.

If I'm not mistaken Arthur got a re-release a couple/few years ago on the Friday Music label but that's appears to be OOP now. Proud owner of the original Japan CD here so...  I have Night Shift on vinyl but I'd love to see them both get CD releases with any expansion possible. Both great films and soundtracks

I would so love for this release to happen. Proposed something similar over at FSM not too long ago. I want those instrumental versions of "Night Shift" as well as the triumphant version of "That's What Friends Are For" that appears towards the end of the film. |

I really like what Lukas did with the FSM twofer release of John Barry's works for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Petulia. The situation with Night Shift and Arthur would be quite similar, given that both also have LP albums released by Warner Bros. Of course, some score tracks would have to be added for this proposed release. |

Agreed, the PETULIA / ALICE release is really great. Time is short for this to be released by FSM, however. Someone else will likely need to step up. |
