Roger, Douglass, all you swell gentlemen (and women) at Intrada.
Chinatown was one of Jerry's best, and most known works, one of which he was most proud of, and deservedly nominated for the big AA! Cannot you find some way of giving us this score in it's entirety, beautifully mixed and remastered, blended and tracklisted to perfection as only you (and a few others) can do? It's been WAY too long and we need this score out there, for all enjoyment - perhaps a 2 disc MAF?

Not meaning to sound snickety or pushy, but if anybody can release this title in the ultimate extremes, it's you!

I would love a new CD edition of this since I missed out on the Varese disc. It is currently being sold by Geffen on iTunes and Amazon MP3, so I hope that won't get in the way of another label having the interest to do a new CD.

Is there much, if any, score missing from the current album?

Yes, I guess so. The bootleg edition did have some more music, especially because the official one contains some album versions but not film versions.
Hope it will be re-released, should be a perfect companion to the new Blu-ray.
