Intrada Soundtrack Forum

for me i decided that Poltergeist II from Intrada sounds better than the varese.
So i hope for a realy complete score from Poltergeist II The Oter Side by Intrada.

What type of sound quality advantages have you noticed on the Intrada release? I don't remember having any complaints with the Varese deluxe edition, but I also haven't given it a good listen in quite a while.

With the original Poltergeist, Mike Matessino and Bruce Botnick worked miracles in improving the sound quality for the FSM release.

I noticed that the chior parts have less echo,so it sounds more like the movie.
but that's just my opinion.
and we don't have every note from Poltergeist II the other side
i love that score

I have both additions. No complaint with either edition of Jerry Goldsmith excellent score. With that said... if POLTERGEIST II would get the same treatment, that say, FIRST BLOOD (Intrada's most recent version of it) had... sign me up now. That would be awesome news.
