Intrada Soundtrack Forum

Varese released the original LP on CD some time ago. This was the version with sound effects tracks and music only cues on it. Missing are the 2 really big action sequences--- Max driving the semi into the compound and the entire tanker chase sequence.

I believe this to be Brian May's best work as a motion picture composer. INTRADA put out May's score to CLOAK & DAGGER last year. It'd be nice if they could due the same for May's futuristic Magnum Opus!

Unfortunately, the word was that the tapes were erased and recorded over -- a sad practice back then to save money.
