Have there been defintive releases of these iconic Ennio Morricone scores? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?

Concerning PER QUALCHE DOLLARO IN PIÙ the most expanded is the GDM/Hillside release 2038 (see ), but since some tracks of this CD contain sound effects apparently taken from the movie I would not recommend it, but that's just me. I am still waiting for a decent release of this score ...
