In light of the superb job Intrada has done with Bernstein's THE GREAT ESCAPE, maybe they can render the same treatment for Newman's masterwork? (A 3 disc set with the original soundtrack occupying 2 CDs and the Decca/MCA re-recording on the last.) Now if only it could one of the MAF series, my bank balance would be even more grateful! |
