Let's return to Hugo Friedhofer at Fox again, please. I am thinking of 2 scores in particular: THREE CAME HOME and WHITE FEATHER.

His score for the early 70's Paul Bartel film Private Parts would be great.

Wouldn't this poster art make a nice Intrada Special Collection disc...

Interesting, I always think of the 50's with Friedhofer, not going on to the 70's. I suppose that's becouse he did mostly TV in the 60's. I was wondering about The Blue Angel 1959. I've never seen it, & probably never will, it's like a lost film. I wonder what the music is like.

PRIVATE PARTS (though possibly a re-recording) was brought out on a Delos LP (and subsequent CD), paired with VON RICHTHOFEN & BROWN.

I saw White Feather last week for the first time in a few years. There's so much music in it, & all prime Friedhoffer, I hope it's not all unusuable.

With the Herrmann box out, with previously unusable stuff like White Witch Doctor, I was wondering about The Rains Of Ranchipur, expanded from the 15 minutes that Varese released (or is there really no more), & White Feather?
