Oh yeah GOLDSMITHDAKING that would be great. The pilot ep. has almost an hour worth of music which would be one disc. And maybe a volume or two from John Debney's scores season 1 & Don Davis from season 2.

I would LOVE it if Intrada were to release a box set of John Debneys scores for the first season of this much maligned underwater based tv series.The main theme is one of the greatest ever written and hs episode scores were wonderful.Only a pitiful 30 mins of music from the series was released by Varese Sarabande. |

Yeah Davis's scores for Seaquest were great as well(this show really started them on the path to bigger and better things didnt it?).I can do wthout the rest of the series scores that were done by Russ Mitchell Landau.The guy was a hack and his scores were horrible. |

Well, as we all wait impatiently for something involving SEAQUEST... I just read on Film Score Monthly that La La is releasing John Debney's music for THE YOUNG RIDERS tv series.  Happiness... SEAQUEST next please... Debney/Davis... Box set... Fingers are crossed... |

Just to add my voice to the unheeded chorus, I too would love to see more of the Seaquest DSV music released. Debney's music was great and it was my first introduction to him and the Varese CD is amongst my most cherished. I sadly doubt more will escape though with Young Riders under achieving, the TNG set also not selling as well as expected and even BSG dropping from 3000 copies for Vol 1 to 1500 for Vol 2. I hope, I really hope I am wrong. |
