Half a year after Navy Seals, I think another Levay score is due to get the Intrada treatment namely COBRA...
This is the movie I live by...

thís is bible stuff and Sylvester Levay is the composer for it...

The movie I live by is ROADHOUSE...and we know which label is releasing that score.... :wink:

Yes, we got another hevyweight with Road House released and my top 3 macho movie i watch when I want to grow hair on my chest is:

any movie Chuck Norris kicks ass in or Arnold in Commando :mrgreen:

Cobra is one of those tune it up loud movie and jumping with joy when I watch it and the soundtrack that had a release had that awsome main title atleast in it...
You know I used to drive around in my car listening to Angel of the City by Robert Tepper, prowling the streets for action and when I found none I raced home to teppers No Easy Way Out...(yes call me sick :twisted:

Speaking of another film released the same year as Cobra, what about RAW DEAL!

The soundtrack CD is available, but a remastering perhaps??

With all the talk on Sylvester Levay, I would like to submit MANNEQUIN as a hopeful. I posted a suggestion before, but I really want this score, as it's my top holy grail!! I've talked to some folks, and so far it seems like it's one of the unlikely candidates from Levay's portfolio. I've determined the total score to be between 20-25 minutes, which I know is short. However, I really think that it could be paired with another of his that's under an hour. Is MGM hard to deal with, aside other roadblocks? I know, the master tapes would have to be found, and licensing, and other red tape, etc, etc. Hopefully, someday... Until then, here's to Sylvester Levay! Cheers!

Please may I add INVITATION TO HELL (1984) into the mix. Classic TV movie...with a really good synth score.

I would love to see COBRA released too...
