Thanks to AMC's Horror Fest this year I was able to catch a great movie I had never seen before; Twentieth Century Fox's THE LODGER. It was another telling of the Jack the Ripper story with a few different twists. If you ever have the chance be sure to catch it. I noticed there was a re-recording of this and a few other of Hugo's scores back in 1997. I was hoping to see if there is any other information on this score and the possible whereabouts of the original tapes if they still exist. After FSM recently gave us Herbert Stothart's DRAGON SEED from that same year (1944) I like to think anything is possible.
