An American Werewolf In London

Everybody asks for a Ghostbuster re-release. But I am longing to see (and hear) An American Werewolf In London CD release (songs included of course). The film soundtrack features an amazing horror but melodic music by Bernstein. Just think about the music of the dreaming run into the forest. This is a true holy grail of mine.
As far as I know it does exist only an official 1981 Meco LP soundtrack

I'd agree with you. This deserves a release. Great film too.

If were ever gonna see this one it will be on a Elmer Bernstein compilation.

If I'm not misstaken theres only about 15 minutes worth of score in this movie.
And if I remember correctly it was all featured in the menu's of the DVD.

BUT those minutes of music worth that Bernstein composed for this Landis classic is absolutly amazing and I wouldnt mind if there was more "unused" music recorded by him somewhere *LOL*
Hell even that metamorphosis cue that went unused and later used in M.J´s thriller video instead is amazing...
I say A.W.I.L is his best work period!!!
