Blue Steel (1990) / Striking Distance (1993)

1000 copies – Signature Edition, Why not?

If David Alan Newman did his score for "Blue Steel", that would be one reason.

Is this true???

Plus Blue Steel is owned by MGM and Striking Distance is owned by Columbia Pictures.

Don't know if it's easy to do a double score release when theres different companies involved.

A double of Striking Distance (1993) & Gladiator (1992) would be cool and they're both Columbia Picture releases.

I want BLUE STEEL very badly. I don't care what it's coupled with -- or if at all.

Fiedel scored several movies that are in need of score soundtracks such as those already mentioned (Striking Distance is one favorite) but he did also score The Accused, Immediate Family and the TV movie Hostage (starring Annette Bening) among others and those have not yet been released sadly enough.

So! The general demand it’s for something cool by Fiedel’s pen. Until now no effort was seeing in order to mitigate this situation.

Thinking that now when Intrada revived Sylvester Levay with his score to Navy Seals (hope more of his music is coming), I would love if they gave Mr Fiedel the same treatment as he has made alot of great music that needs to be out there. Striking Distance is one, Fright Night 2 another. The Accused, a new complete The Terminator or Serpent and the Rainbow would be great too, and i do hope that both complete Fright Night and Terminator 2 will surface too in the near future. A score I do not remember at all, is his work to Blue Steal (wasn´t to fond of the movie back when it was released, but will give it another go soon)

I hope they listen to you. What an amazing opportunity to have those Fiedel’s album release through Intrada! Here seems to be the only place where his music is appreciated.

Came on guys! Give us at least one album by Brad Fiedel. Please!
