Dear Doug, It would be great if Intrada would re-release A FAR OFF PLACE from James Horner, but this time Expanded please ![]() I'm sure there are lot's of fans out there who would love to grab this fantastic score. You have released this soundtrack once and you gave us 4 great Horner CDs last year so I don’t think it should be to difficult for you as you have good connection to Disney now. ![]() Btw. HOCUS POCUS from John Debney would make a nice release too ![]() |

You count on me among those wishing for an expanded edition of A FAR OFF PLACE. 17 years and I still keep listen to this album over and over again. ![]() If memory do not fails me, this title has distribution problems back in 1993. |

great score and a very strong album. It would be fantastic to have rest of the score as well available as the bonus tracks. |

I also add my vote for this one. I actually had the Intrada CD release, and it was one of my favorites, but I haven't been able to find it for quite a while. The last time I remember listening to it was while doing some work in my home office, just a couple weeks before we converted the office into the nursery for the birth of my son (who turns 7 in November). There is a chance that the CD might be in some box that is buried in a closet/storage room somewhere in our house, but I have this sad hunch that it more likely accidentally ended up in one of the trash piles. I kind of think it probably would have turned up by now, otherwise. I've kept my eyes opened for opportunities to replace the disc, but I've never seen used copies at a price that seemed within reason. I can't help but think this one is pretty ripe for a reissue, though. -Jeff |
