Post subject:  STORY OF A WOMAN (John Williams)

This is my biggest 'holy grail' the way things stand at the moment.
It's a great, dramatic score, evoking other Williams' scores like CE3K and Jane Eyre. The film was one of those multi-country productions, so I can only assume that it's a licensing nightmare to sort out, or the tapes are missing.

I'd also love someone to release the complete TOM SAWYER soundtrack that Williams scored. I was sooooooo disappointed when Varese issued the old LP a few years back.
There are some corking score cues hidden within his work on the Sherman Bros' songs.

These two are still high on my 'most wanted' list.
I wonder if the tapes exist?
