I found a used LP of this score a few years ago and it has really grown on me. The main title in particular is a nice, effervescent cue and Mancini's score in general is highly listenable. I've only seen the film once but I'd think that the LP sequence is a fairly complete representation of the score (altho the end title is not included). The film was made by Lorimar, so I couldn't begin to guess whose hands the score has fallen into since then. But its a good one! |

Actually the LP was released by Epic. Epic is (or was) owned by Columbia wasn't it? I also noticed a Warner Bros. logo in the corner of the sleeve, so I assume they were the film's distributor. |
