Quoting myself from another thread:

SUPER MARIO BROS. (1993) by Alan Silvestri

This would definitely sell out as a 3000-copy run, in my opinion, considering the fanbase of the video game series. Maybe even 5000 copies.

I'd love to get rid of my boot with an official release.

I don't expect this to be released anytime soon, but hopefully, someday...!

If you want to get technical, it's Hollywood Pictures, which is a subsidiary of Disney / Buena Vista.

Even more technically, Hollywood Pictures didn't make the movie (it was one of their pickups via Allied Filmmakers).

Well then I'm probably wrong about my April 28 guess, but I would buy one of these with the quickness.....

Really overlooked, fun Silvestri score makes a great listen on album....not that I would know

In fact, Silvestri wrote a few gems in this era that were fully orchestral, usually driving action play it straight to the comedy (Stop or my mom will shoot, cop and a half, sidekicks) that would make for some terrific double feature type albums!

It'd be an instant buy for me as well. Any Silvestri would.

It was made by Vision PDG (Bat-21, High Spirits) and Triumph released it in the US.

Well Intrada has had a history of releasing great soundtracks to Chucky movies (Invasion USA, Delta Force & M.I.A triology) so who knows...
I for one is hoping for a Sidekicks as this is a Silvestri score I really want to grab my fingers on...
It´s not even released on DVD in the States yet so I had to grab a Dutch DVD sadly in pan & Scan :(

I have to admit that Sidekicks as a movie stinks, but it's got one thing going for it
and thats the original motion picture score.

Would be a fun score to visit...

Here's a taste of some of Silvestri's score.

I disagree. I like this movie because I love when actors make fun of theirselves and their image.

When it comes to the score, except for the unlistenable End Credits/End Title music I kinda like it, especially the Opening Dream Sequence.
