The Flight of Dragons

During the 80's, fabulous kid movies have been made. 1986 was the year of The Flight of Dragons ! It was broadcasted on August, the 3rd on ABC. It was a Rakins/Bass production (The Hobbit...)

Music composed, arranged and conducted by Maury Laws.

I love the score from this one:

For the trivia record, the french broadcast did not included the singer during the main title and I would love to have the instrumental version as a bonus track !

Please, please, please, release the Maury Laws score !

Well, I love The Last Unicorn, but I really didn't like this film.

However, I will back your petition for a release of the score so you won't be alone.

i actually joined the forum site just to put my 2 cents in that I want to see a release of the score.
Especially with a track for the gold pipe scene. That was epic when i was a kid!

And any of the music that had the deep bass in it and nice percussion.
A complete score would awesome! (its such a short movie, why not complete on the first run around?)

I'd buy it too.

As for the movie, it's a shame Warner Bros. didn't release it as a commercially available, pressed DVD, and opted to go for the Warner Archive DVD-on-demand route instead. But I'm sure I'll buy it someday, nonetheless.

I'd buy this too, actually. I didn't know about the French broadcast with the instrumental version of the theme song, and it would be good if that was included too if it was ever reissued. On a side note, I'd also like to see a complete soundtrack for Rankin/Bass's 'The Hobbit' released one day as well.
