One title comes to mind: Five Days One Summer (Elmer Bernstein) : a splendid, underrated gem, recorded in London with the Royal Philharmonic. This one would be a no brainer for me. Michael Small's The Postman always rings twice and Alex North's Prizzi's Honor are also high on my list. |

I do still dream about Maury Laws' THE FLIGHT OF DRAGONS ! Oh, and from the same 1982 year, a complete 2 CD Set from John Williams' E.T. THE EXTRA TERRESTRIAL, featuring both the score with alternates and the original 1982 album tracks ! Still waiting 2069 for a complete Williams' A.I. 2 CD Set, featuring a beautifull booklet with real-quality liner notes. From another hero, I would buy now a complete presentation of Goldsmith's FIRST KNIGHT -- I love it beyond imagination ! |
