I have a number of personal grails that are still unreleased, though LLLR and Intrada these passed five years have been making good work of fixing that.
If I had to narrow down to three scores I really want, that are still unreleased (no release at all -- not counting bootlegs), I would say -- baring TV work (since there's way too much to name from that):
