Just in time for Halloween -- two spookers for you. One is from mid-80s and only previously on LP. This is expanded. An oddball from an Intrada regular. And we're only pressing 500 of this one. The second is from a late 80s ghost thriller, with a great orchestral score rich in themes, the likes of which we just don't hear anymore. It's a straight reissue of an older CD, with cleaned up assembly. As a bonus is a second disc of a non-film music work by the same composer, which he describes as a work just looking for a film.

Could the second one be -- finally -- Flowers in the Attic by Christopher Young?

Curious why you specify the number in the first one though. You guys normally don't do that any more.

Very curious .... and highly interested.

And honestly have no clue what either of the titles could be.

As great as it would be to see a re-issue of Flowers in the Attic, I'm not sure there's a 'ghost' component to that film as Roger stated.

TerrorVision seems likely for the first, and the second is probably a Chris Young score since it is not expanded -- he usually liked to stick to the original album he meticulously fashions, hence why the recent anniversary edition of Hellraiser was not expanded, but similarly had improved assembly for superior sound. He also seems likely to explain the bonus disc -- remember he was the reason we who ordered The Tower from Intrada got a bonus of The Core promo, and I well believe he's written some music "in search of a film" that he just wants out there.

Someone else did make an interesting guess of Laloggia's Lady in White over on the FSM board, but not so sure he would fit that latter part of the clue.

Yavar

Oh please...please...please let the first one be C.H.U.D. (1984)! It would be amazing if Intrada could release the complete
expanded score for C.H.U.D. (1984) The score is by Martin Cooper. Waxworks Records released a limited score for C.H.U.D.
last year, BUT, it is limited, AND it is only available on vinyl...

As much as I want that too Trevor, Cooper/Hughes isn't exactly an Intrada regular. 99% certain it's Richard Bsnd's TERRORVISION.

It is sensible to make an exception if it's TerrorVision. An "oddball" for sure.
