2-CD set featuring complete score to an early 2000s whimsical, yet tepid, horror film. Original album released at the time of the film featured mostly songs with just a few score tracks.

I can safely say I'm stumped. or I'm overthinking it. Can't wait to see what title it is though. I generally like horror movie scores.

You talk about the Eddie Murphy movie? It was a horror? Yeah in a way it was :) But rather a family movie or something like it... I think.

Haunted Mansion sounds fitting Tepid, Whimsical. and it was Disney. This sounds like the best guess I've heard on the boards so far.

THE HAUNTED MANSION?
did Mancina write 2CDs worth of music?
Or is the song album included within the set?
I kinda doubt the songs are included... Unless Dinsey ordains it
"Grim Grinning Ghosts" after all.

I would love a 2-CD set for Mancina's HAUNTED MANSION, especially so close to Halloween time!

Fingers crossed!

The score runs close to 90 minutes or so. Definitely Haunted Mansion fits the clues to a tee. I definitely cannot see something like Dracula 2000 (which is over 90 min) being tepid and whimsical that would fit these clues.

Good to see more of Mark Mancina's work being released. He's seriously underrepresented on CD.

That doesn't fit, unfortunetly, as most of the album was score (and of course, Elfman wrote the songs anyway)

That's Warner Bros....

But I have to agree. All the clues lead to The Haunted Mansion! Which if it is indeed that... DAY ONE BUY FOR ME! This score is one of my holy grails! :D
