Doug announces another 2CD release for November 17th.

11/1/2015
...The BTTF releases are keeping everyone busy as it is... and with another important 2-CD release going on sale this week, the shipping room will be unusually busy. If all of these popular releases don't keep them from taking lunch breaks, then the subsequent 2-CD new release scheduled just two weeks later most certainly will. We promise some excitement throughout November....

Could it be the classic JAWS ?

Would prefer DRACULA or perhaps finally The Rocketeer.

It could be a lot of things. We'll know soon enough.

My guesses:

-Jaws
-Who Framed Roger Rabbit
-The Great Muppet Caper
-Star Wars Episode II: Attack of The Clones
-Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of The Sith

I wish it were DRACULA as well, but apparently the master tapes are missing (or there is some other issue preventing its release -- hopefully not that the tapes themselves have been pitched out or deteriorated beyond use).

Of course, miracles sometimes happen.

With regard to scores that I would love to have newly recorded, Williams' Dracula is up there with Searle's The Haunting and May's Mad Max 2.

Can it be possible that the 2 cd set is Willow.
James Horner Willow would be amazing.
Mad Max 2 The Road Warrior rerecording composed by Brian May and conducted by
If i can Dream.

I suspect that WILLOW and any other title that was had an album produced by Virgin Records will NOT happen any time soon. Virgin seems to have an untouchable vault.

Willow, Red Heat and Glory are three of them.

Have labels been turned down and that's why they're considered 'untouchable'? Just wondering where that came from.

La-La Land expanded Black Rain.

It is probably that they are simply titles that the relevant labels haven't gotten around to as a matter of priority, in addition to what's going on at the respective studio level. The catalog isn't exactly loaded with the best and most expandable stuff...

Dracula is one of those scores where I'd buy the original soundtrack and a re-recording without any hesitation.
