It's fun to see Intrada realize that this one is such an ace that its announcement requires no more description than the adaptation of its familiar LP-jacket artwork.

Now that Fielding's JUNIOR BONNER is confirmed dead, a complete SEBASTIAN is welcome consolation! (It's also nice to know at last that this will never have to take a turn as one of Roger's "impossible-dream" avatars.)

It's truly marvelous to see Sebastian coming at last, wonder if they found the film tracks or is it a straight release of the old LP programme? Either way I'll be ordering it, thanks Intrada!

But Is it definite that Junior Bonner won't be getting a release from Intrada? Maybe some other label could bring it out? I'd buy it in a flash!

On 29th April 2009, over at FSM, Lukas Kendall said the following in a post about 'Sebastian':

'Can't say any more -- it's not us working on a license -- but you would be VERY SORRY if you spent money on Harkit's inane vinyl transfer and then saw what was subsequently released for real'.

Yes, and you can see sometimes how long it takes to get these things done.

I have to admit that I'd given up on this one but am pleased that I didn't buy the Harkit. Looking forward to the 3rd and getting 'Sebastian' ...............ordered!!

Many thanks, Doug, Roger and co for hanging in there!

Fantastic news! And thanks for your perseverance! (Hope that hasn't become a bad word around here of late.)

You're welcome. I find the timing interesting that just week away from release, Harkit decides to sell out the title and then someone at FSM says they're tired of waiting and is going to buy it. Hence my early drop of the cover. Stop the presses! Do not give into Harkit.

WoW what a surprise release, I knew that we were getting some more JG soon, but never expected this.
Great things comes to those who wait so thanks Intrada for another bullseye.
